Background and Experience

Trisha graduated with honors in 2007 from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Social Work. She then attended Baylor University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor in 2010.

Trisha has been practicing family law since 2010, with a particular focus on divorce, modifications, enforcements, custody issues and disputes, child support, and drafting of marital agreements, including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

Trisha has dedicated her career to supporting her clients by helping them reduce conflict, settle family law disputes, and lessen the expense of divorce.

Despite Trisha’s dedication to settling her cases for her clients, she is no stranger to a courtroom and advocates for her clients by being a voice for them in court.

Trisha represents clients in family law litigation cases, including divorce actions, property characterization, reimbursement claims as well as child-related issues including custody and child support. Trisha also handles existing family law orders, including modifying and enforcing child support and conservatorship issues. Additionally, Trisha represents clients who need emergency protection and temporary restraining orders due to family violence.
