As a courtesy to our clients, Gray & Becker accepts credit cards for payments of retainers. We have partnered with LawPay to provide a secure webpage should you wish to make online payments yourself.
Effective June 1, 2026, if you choose to pay an invoice, a retainer, or to replenish a retainer by credit card, a surcharge of approximately 2.68 % of your payment will be added to reimburse the Firm for the actual expense incurred as a result of payment by credit card. The surcharge does not apply to payments by debit card or any other type of payment.
Due to bank processing times, it may take 2-3 days before your account reflects your payment.
