Background & Experience

Jacob’s practice area includes family law litigation, including divorce actions, property characterization, as well as child-related issues including custody and child support. Jacob represents clients needing emergency protection and temporary restraining orders due to family violence. Jacob also represents clients in modifications and enforcements of existing family law orders related to child support and conservatorship. While family law is his primary practice, Jacob advises clients in general civil litigation matters including landlord-tenant disputes and commercial disputes.
