Alina joined Gray Becker in 2021 and assists our staff and our attorneys with their day to day needs. She connects with our clients in regards to consultations, billing needs, and generalized questions regarding our practice.

Kristina Kennedy
Paralegal
Kristina (Kris) Kennedy has been a family law paralegal since 1994. She received her Bachelor of Journalism and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and her Masters of Legal Studies from Texas A&M University School of Law.
Kris has a dual Advanced Certified Paralegal Certification through NALA in both Discovery and in Family Law – Child Custody, Support and Visitation. She also has a dual Texas Board of Legal Specialization Certification in both Family Law and Civil Trial Law.
Kris has served the legal community in several roles, including as the District 4 Director of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division and the Capital Area Paralegal Association President. She currently serves on the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division Ethics Committee and Austin Bar Association Law-Related Education Committee. She is a mentor in the Capital Area Paralegal Association’s mentorship program. She is an active member of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division, the Capital Area Paralegal Association, Austin Bar Association, Williamson County Bar Association Paralegal Division, and Hays County Bar Association.
Kris has been a CASA guardian ad litem for over twenty years. She enjoys volunteering with Austin Smiles, Healing with Horses Ranch, Texas Performing Arts, and Volunteer Legal Services. She is a photographer and loves to travel with her husband and spend time with her blended and extended family.

Beth Lawson Twomey
Paralegal
Beth has been a paralegal since 1987 and has worked exclusively in Family Law since 1993. She became Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1998. She also served on the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for Family Law for 6 years. Beth has worked at Gray Becker since January 2019. The part of her job she enjoys most is working with the Gray Becker family!

Britany Wiggins
Paralegal
A member of the State Bar of Texas – Paralegal Division, Britany joined the Gray Becker team in July of 2022. She began her career as a paralegal in 2005 after graduating from Blinn College with her associate degree in applied science. She became Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2010. Britany grew up in Dripping Springs, where she lives with her children and fur babies. In her free time, she enjoys giving back to her community and church, reading as many books as she can, and unwinding with her family on the water and soaking up the sun.

Harrell D. Williams, Sr.
Billing Manager/Building Maintenance
Harrell oversees the billing and building maintenance at Gray Becker. He is in charge of billing clients for work done by the attorneys and staff at our firm, and he maintains the building and general upkeep of the firm’s property.

Susan Jennings
Legal Assistant
Susan supports lawyers with various tasks, including drafting and reviewing documents, communicating with clients, preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings, and organizing and maintaining files. Over 35 years experience in litigation, 26 of those years with Gray Becker. She enjoys what she does because it’s fast-paced, interesting, and rewarding!

Teresa Melchor
Legal Assistant
Teresa has worked at GrayBecker for over 24 years. Her duties include assisting attorneys with drafting of pleadings, discovery, efiling, recording documents, Secretary of State filings, drafting estate planning documents, drafting answers on court appointed cases, drafting pleadings for probate matters, translate and interpret in Spanish, among other administrative tasks.

Vincent Vu
Legal Assistant
Vincent joined GrayBecker family in 2011 with the primary focus on Family Law. Vincent finds it is very rewarding to be able to assist valuable clients during the toughest time of their lives. Working with Vincent, you will find that he is very approachable and eager to lend a helping hand in finding a crafted solution for your need.
Vincent is not a native Austinite, however, he and his husband has been in Austin for over 20 years. They raised a family (consisting of a son, now graduated college and living on his own, and many pets of big and small) in various parts of town. When not at work Vincent enjoys the amenities Austin has to offer with his “Red Devil”, a trouble-maker Afghan Hound.
