Since the inception of the Firm, litigation has been a core area of practice for Gray & Becker. Today, the business litigation group is our largest practice group. Our business litigation group handles a wide variety of complex commercial litigation including breach of contract, fraud and other tort actions, corporate finance litigation, partnership disputes, collection suits, and breach of fiduciary duty litigation.

We are, first and foremost, commercial litigators. Our business litigators have defended and prosecuted cases at every level of the state and federal judiciary as well as before mediators, arbitrators, and administrative agencies. Where appropriate, we counsel our business clients to pursue resolution of commercial disputes through alternative dispute resolution procedures such as mediation and arbitration.
